Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OneScript ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and OneScript. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

OneScript is a content repurposing tool that allows users to transform a single script or piece of content into multiple platform-specific formats, including Twitter/X threads, LinkedIn posts, blog articles, Pinterest pins, email newsletters, and short-form video scripts. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate these outputs based on content you provide.

3. User Accounts

To use OneScript, you must create an account by providing a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to: (a) provide accurate and complete information when creating your account; (b) promptly update your account information if it changes; (c) notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account; and (d) not create more than one account per person.

4. Subscription and Billing

OneScript offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file for the applicable subscription fee.

Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to paid features until that date.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes will apply at the start of your next billing cycle following the notice period.

5. Usage Limits

Each subscription tier includes a specific number of script generations per month. Usage limits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. Unused generations do not roll over to the next month. If you exceed your plan's usage limit, you will need to wait until your next billing cycle or upgrade to a higher-tier plan. We reserve the right to enforce fair-use policies to prevent abuse of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain full ownership of all content you input into OneScript and all outputs generated from your content. We claim no intellectual property rights over the scripts, posts, articles, or other materials produced by the Service on your behalf.

Our service: The OneScript name, logo, website design, application code, and underlying technology (excluding your content) are owned by OneScript and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use OneScript to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Produce spam, misleading content, or content intended to deceive others
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service beyond its intended interface
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will be accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OneScript and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service will cease immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. Any outstanding fees owed at the time of termination remain payable.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice within the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Service and close your account.
